well, u'll be healthier so u'll be less likely to get sick.
you will be less tired, have energy and be able to wake up at 6 in the morning and not be as tired as you think you are
hope this helped :) :) :)
You don't get sick often, especially if you are vegan. You produce less mucus if you skip meat and dairy products; as a result you don't get cold or flu easily. Since I stopped drinking milk, I don't get sick even if people sneeze on my face. even if you get sick you will recover very quickly in a day or two. So all this will help reduced medical cost. Plus you save a lot of money from not having to go to gym. I hardly do any exercise, and am 135 at 5'8.5" ht, so I dont need to do any exercise to maintain my weight with vegan diet. So that's extra savings. I also save a lot of money in not having to do as many dishes or cook as many times (as I eat cooked meal only once a day, and just raw fruits and smoothies rest of the day). Good luck!
The American Dietetic Association that says 75% of the diseases and health problems we have in society today can be prevented by a vegetarian diet. That is of course, if you eat a varied diet and stay away from processed junk food.
Think of the money you save. =3
Plus, a pound of beans is a lot cheaper than a pound of meat.
Ever since I became a vegetarian, I haven't been sick. When people start getting sick around me, I start eating some vitamin c enriched fruits and juices a little more and I have yet to get sick. I also don't get a flu shot anymore. The only time I've thrown up since becoming a vegetarian was when a piece of popcorn got caught in my throat and I threw it up. Never vomiting from sickness though.
Cuts down on cholesterol and fats. Helps you maintain your right weight and sleep better at night.
less aggression because you don't eat steroids that is in flesh meat-less depression and mood swings. A well balanced vegetarian diet will keep you calm and even tempered.
My entire family is on blood pressure medications and medications for diabetes. Until I fell off a ladder and broke my wrist, I hadn't been to a doctor in eight years. I don't get colds. I don't get the flu. And I treat mild ailments myself, with various teas.
With all the people getting sick with heart problems from stuffing their faces with meat (red meat in particular coz it takes 10 years to completely leave your system) it would cut costs significantly coz we wouldn't have to keep treating them.
My blood pressure was borderline high as an omnivore an now that I'm vegan it is lower than it was when I was a teenager. I'm 40 so I bet I would have had to be on medication by now.
