I haven't, but from one standpoint, it's probably an expensive way to get something that is fairly easy to get, even with a vegan or vegetarian diet. Unless you have some sort of reason (damaged stomach mucosa for example) that you cannot absorb B12 through digestion, there is no reason a healthy diet cannot provide it.
Most vegetarian and vegan meat analogues - veggie burgers, sausage, etc. contain fairly high levels of B12. I know the vegan smoothie base I use has >100% of the B12 intake needed per day (Vega) in even 1/2 a serving. Nutritional yeast, cereal, etc - very easy ways to get vitamin B12 inexpenisvely and simply, without needing to support a pharmaceutical company preying on fear.
Just IMHO. If you have a well rounded vegetarian or vegan diet, and / or knowledge on proper supplementation, B12 should really not be an issue.
If you do have a medical reason to consider the patch, talk to your doctor if this is a feasible option for you. There may be reasons that injections may work better :)
