Taking in whey isolate and regular whey good together?!
I'm planning to take ON serious mass as a pre work out then isolate as a after workout?

yes it is good together, and no you shoulnd take serious mass as a preworkout use it as post instead and use isolate as a preworkout. why ? because whey isolate is easily digestible (40-69 min) which is good to sustain energy. on serious mass has a lot of calories which is good as a post workout because you will need that repair your torn tissues so they can get bigger.
