Is this a lot to eat in a day?!
I've been gaining some weight recently (which was needed, I was too skinny) but I feel like I am always eating and I'm constantly bloated and I don't really know why. I am 5' 4.5" and 114 pounds and I am pretty active, I go to the gym every other day. I just want to know, is this too much or a lot to eat in a day?
2 bowls of oatmeal with an apple and pecans
10 or so big whole wheat crackers with hummus, tabouli salad and goat cheese
a salad with tomatoes, carrots, onions, chicken and balsamic vinaigrette
2 or 3 cups of grapes
asian glass noodle salad with peanuts
an orange
some nuts
and a couple handfuls of dry cereal flakes
i ate it all pretty fast and not so much spread out through the day, so thats probably why i feel like I'm going to explode. but i just want to know in any case if that is a lot of food to eat in one day?

No it's not if it's spread throughout the day. If you eat it all at one sitting it's too much.
no because it all seems to be healthy. but if it was junk food then yeah thats quite a bit.
