Question: How much more expensive is it to make vegan doughnuts compared to regular doughnuts?
I'm writing a business plan and I need help on the financials. How can I find out the difference in price for these vegan ingredients?

Only about 2% more.

Make sure you're going to have enough customers to keep you in business. Most vegans really aren't fans of junk food, so my advice is to server mostly regular doughnuts and a small section of vegan doughnuts.

Depends on the taste. Make sure you can convince a decent number of taste testers that it tastes remotely good.
