I hate junk food but I eat it anyways????!

I understand what you are saying. The best way is a) never to buy junk food b) always have a fruit within an arms reach (apple, banana, grapes, or healthy nuts like almonds, walnuts etc). I have a banana or apple for snack whenever I feel hungry. If you have enough fruits throughout the day, the natural sugars keep you satiated, and you won't feel hungry and crave junk food. Make sure you get atleast 50% of your calories from fruits. Good luck!
AAgh I feel your pain, it makes no sense, because I believe you when you say you don't even like it.!
What you can do is this.
When you feel like bingeing out and pigging out and having a massive pig out- make sure you ALWAYS have bananas, dried fruit, frozen yoghurt, soup, rice cakes and other healthy stuff that also tastes really good. Even if it's peanut butter and low sugar jelly on wholewheat bread and you pig out0 it'll be better than pigging out on junk food.
SO anytime you travel towards the mcDonalds or Winchells, you'll have to wade through 25 bananas and a pot of natural peanut butter beforehand.
That's how I am with my mother in law. I hate her but visit her almost daily anyway. Difference is junk food helps you relieve stress, visiting my other in law gives me stress.
Find the cause of your stress and deal with it and your "stress induced" junk food binge should go away.
Visit a natural/organic supermarket, take a look at all their healthy foods. Hopefully you'll become more motivated to eat and enjoy them. I love trader joe's, they have pre-packeged food for the days when you are stressed and don't feel like cooking.
if you pick up the junk you will eat the junk. i like junk food, so i have a plan as soon as i want it. make a better plan. junk isnt all bad, have the burgur but not the fries, or get the shake but not the burger. take lots of deep cleansing breaths.
don't surround yourself with junk food when you go to the supermarket think about how you want your body to be healthy again and remember that eating healthy can make you feel better about yourself and might do the opposite of stressing you.

except its not really just junk food for me its just sweets, i ALWAYS eat when im stressed
so i guess the answer to our problem is to find something (other than food) to
get rid of our stress :/
You are eating junk food because you want to. If you really wanted to, you'd stop buying them, stop picking them up, stop putting them in your mouth, etc.
You would get better answers if you posted this in the mental health section.
