you cant go wrong with stevia, stevia is the most natural way to go. stevia is 10 times sweeter than sugar but with much lesser calories, ergo sweeter and less "sugar" grams in the ingredients list. but for practical purposes you shouldnt be worrying about which one is better for the body because its both great, the carb is very miniscule in comparison to its protein profile which is why youre buying the protein powder anyways. the question you should be asking would be what type of protein is better for a specific goal.
