Unlikely, unless you are allergic to something in the type of chips you were eating. It's kind of like saying riding a bus causes headaches because I once had a headache when I was on a bus. Your friend was probably joking.

Headaches are typically caused by blood flow to the brain, and the nerve endings in the tissue around the brain (called the meninges) are triggered. They can be the result of either too much or too little blood flow, like if you hold your breath for a long time your body will increase blood flow to the brain and that can give you a headache. I grew up near a beach and nearly drowned a couple of times in heavy surf, I still remember the feeling of blood pounding through my head when I finally surfaced and how it distorted my vision for a moment. Anyway, hot and cold compresses can help ease a headache by altering the size of the blood vessels leading to the brain, you put one on the back of your neck and see how you go. Start with a cold compress, if that doesn't work switch to a warm one.

I know that some people have a hard time handling lactose (not allergic, just that their bodies can only handle so much of it) and it gives them migranes if they eat too much. Also, due to the texture of chips, eating too much could put a strain on the muscles, which could cause the temples to hurt (because of the way the body is connected).

someone reminds me about the doritos, she eats that junk and have a pain in her stomach, she found out that she have an UTI. that girl is flirting my man, and it sucks me out. I hate the doritos. the girl and him.

Depends on if you are allergic/sensitive to the chemicals in them or not. Some day when you don't have a headache, eat them and then see if you get a headache so you will know for sure.

I dont think thats a common reaction to them..but I wouldn't doubt it. There is so much garbage in those chips you would be healthier eating gun powder.
