I don't know ANYONE who eats sponge.

But common sense says that if a sponge is a member of the Kingdom Animalia,
then no,
a vegetarian would by definition not eat it.

Well i'm a sort of vegartian and I don't even think that's edible, I still eat free range chicken eggs becuase the only way I kill a chicken is if the egg is fertilised and it is illegal to do that and I drink cows milk because I know that's not harming an animals either lol and no I don't eat sponge? :s

Of course vegetarians/vegans do not eat sponges! Only a meat eater would do that. We love the ocean and the animals in it. <3
