Question: Where can I purchase whey protein shakes?

I recently asked a question about what to eat at night before bed that will not be a flaw in my diet because I am trying to lose weight but I work late nights and usually don't get out of work until 11pm at night. Somebody suggested a protein shake, and I saw in an article that whey protein shakes are good for protein and healthy. Does anybody reccomend it? Is it okay if I purchase a flavored whey protein shake (ex:chocolate) ? And does anybody know where I can purchase the shake and how much it costs? Please help! Thank you!

Personally, I don't like whey based protein shakes. The taste turns me off. I do buy soy protein shake power from Sam's Club. Total Soy, made by Natureade. Vanilla and Chocolate. Both are easy to mix with just water and taste good. no chalky taste to it.
Visit any wholesale warehouse and see if they sell what i'm buying. on the plastic cannister i have at work, there is an item number of 23068 on the container. i don't know if this is sam's club's actual item number but you could call sams club and see if this is an item listed in their inventory. the scan bar number is:
"0 79911 23068 4"
this is the vanilla flavor.

you can get it at a local mall cause i got some and they are good!

I believe GNC has them, but not sure of the price.

Your best bet is to look in shops that sell sporting goods or buy from a website

you should always check online, big sites like amazon or gnc online could have a sale.
