Is a wheat sprout considered a vegetable or still a grain?!

Question: Is a wheat sprout considered a vegetable or still a grain?
I know that a wheat sprout no longer has gluten.

Answers:

I don't know that there is a definitive answer. If the sprout is fairly large, then of course, it's a veggie. However if you're just referring to sprouted grain, like those products that are called sprouted wheat bread, it's a bit more vague. Apparently sprouted grain digests like a veggie, however you can still use it like a flour.

Hope that helps!
