The lists are extensive. There are low carb versions of every category of food. Listing them all would not be practical.

By the way, the low carb diet is not a low fat diet. They are two different diets. Low carb diets use good fats to keep you lean (sounds counter to everything we've been told, but the truth is finally coming out: fat is good!)

my fave for breakfast or a snack is total 0% fat Greek strained yoghurt. High in potein, low in carbs and absolutely no fat!
there is always going to be some fat with high protien foods.
your best bet would be beans and tofu... they are high in protien, and low in fat (but there is still fat)
