Starbucks Strawberry drink (small)
boiled Rice.
Salad
tiny one chocolate flake
Redbull with strawberry
Skimmed Milk

I'm bulimic, but this is my first day without purging, because i'm not feeling right.

Well.....you do drink alot that for sure



I'm a recovery orthorexic... Um, Strawberry drink, good idea...
I think that it would be good to look into possible proteins you could add to this... Definitely, my meal plan looks like, one meal: carb, protein, healthy fat- 5 g, and often a dairy...
So,
Starbucks Strawberry drink (small)
boiled Rice.
Protein: Tofu, 6 oz. or Tempeh, 4 oz., cheese, 3 oz., or a veggie burger with 2 slices soy cheese, nuts or other soy meals are good too, best to ask a nutritionist your best protein intake (mine is 21 g).
Salad.

Definitely would've eliminated the Redbull, the chocolate sounds good, but perhaps it can be a bit of a distraction right now as you learn what is right for you to eat and keep in your stomach...
I think you're doing very good keeping food in your stomach... I find a good support team is what helps me bext: I still have my nutritionist and I'm working on getting another counselor.

There is not enough information to tell if you are over your calorie limit. You didn't make healthy eating choices, but you shouldn't throw up your food, ever. It rots your teeth...I knew a girl who had a missing tooth due to bulimia! Anyways, without knowing the amount of rice (cups?), what you put on that salad (nuts, dressing?) and how much Redbull, it is impossible to tell you anything.

But don't feel bad about it! Try to make healthy choices for the rest of the day. My major advice to you is you should try not to take in calories as liquid. Including juice! It still counts as calories and it doesn't make you full. Avoid liquid calories like the plague!!!



You shouldn't drink starbucks and redbull all in the same our and you should have eat something more soild than rice and salad and yes you did eat alot more like drink.



Yes the chocolate was where you went wrong really! So don't eat any more crap.

Obviously not. You should be eating at a minimum 1200 calories a day.



Big fat mistake with that redbull.
