How well do you follow a health diet?!

Question: How well do you follow a health diet?
By diet I mean the food you eat not something temporary for weight loss. Do you follow the food pyramid accurately and do you count calories?

That food pyramid is not healthy as it contains eggs and dairy which are not healthy for you but more importantly not healthy for animals as dairy calves are raped in order to produce that milk and their babies are sent to be used on veal farms or as more dairy calves, while the chickens live a life of hell producing eggs with their beaks seared off with no anesthetic and the male chicks are thrown in the trash or ground up to kill them. Usually both animals live their lives in their own feces and dead animals and they always live their lives as slaves.

As far as my diet goes. I don't eat ultra healthy but I do try and stay in shape and not just eat junk all the time and I have eliminated all the animal based junk years ago so that is no longer a problem. I think food pyramids are mostly just a cute picture because everyone is different and everyone needs different things in their diets but nobody should ever use animals in their diets or lifestyles for any reason. Nobody else should have to suffer for you.

vegan because animals are not property

I don't follow a plan of any sort, and I am not vegetarian.
I probably eat a majority of fresh vegetables, followed by fruits. I eat quite a lot of nuts too. Followed by that I probably eat fish 4 days out of the week and red meat 1 or 2 days. I eat very few grains, dairy products, or beans.

So I suppose I don't follow the food pyramid, as they advocate huge amounts of grains, but my doctor says I'm extraordinarily healthy, so I guess I have a healthy diet even if I don't follow a health diet plan.

I don't follow a "health diet", or any diet plan at all.

I don't really pay much attention to food guides or food pyramids or food charts, or really anything else that tells me how much of what I should (or should not) eat.

I don't count calories or fat or carbohydrates or protein or any other nutrients.

My diet? When I am hungry, I eat what tastes delicious.

And it seems to have worked pretty well my whole life, since I've been generally healthy and fit and have regularly competed in triathlons for years with no significant medical issues.

I try to eat as healthy as possible, but I don't follow the food pyramid. I eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and whole grains and nuts everyday. And I have vegan sweets once in a while. And I drink plenty of water each day.

vegan :D
