Is this a healthy meal?!

It sounds very healthy.
This sounds like a healthy lunch to me. Avocados contain protein and "good" fat. Also, according to Nutrition Data, seaweed also contains a bit of protein. This lunch sounds like it has a good mix of protein, vegetables, and carbohydrates. I wouldn't worry about the tempura. It's fine to enjoy fried food once in awhile. Everything in moderation.
Don't stress about getting enough protein as a vegetarian. Just make an effort to get it from vegetarian sources and you'll be fine. Most Americans actually consume more protein than they should. See this list of vegetarian protein sources, if this is a concern:

Consider talking to a nutritionist or dietitian, if you find that eating healthy meals is a major concern for you. They can give you much better information than I can.
Hope this is helpful!

Of course this is a healthy lunch :D
Do not worry too much about what you're eating, as long as you have a balanced diet. Avocado is very good for you, it is the right kind of fatty food, that won't go on your hips.
Sushi is also extremely healty, as are edemami beans :D
Healthy, minus the tempura, as you know ;)
I don't think anything fried is healthy, really, because if you ate fried stuff every day you would gain weight. But nice variation of veggies!
ITS AMAZING may be useful as a personal reference http://hot2.info/bean-sprout

Not enough meat in your diet.
Looks good. Just go easy on the portion size.
I would say that the side of edamame was a good idea, it depends on how much it was...
I think that sounds like an awesome and delicious meal! I would, however, watch it, as being vegetarian, it was difficult to figure out what my protein sources were... My general meal rule is: carbs (like potatoes, grains, and other root veggies) about 6 oz, protein (like tofu- 6 oz, tempeh, 4 oz., cheese or soy cheese, 3 oz. (which should have roughly 7 g. protein per oz, don't worry about the fat), and I eat cottage cheese, 3/4 cup), and some kind of fat (in that meal, the tempura provided it). I hate to ask, but, did the tempura come from a restaurant and did you check to see whether or not it was deep fried in egg batter? Oh well, I know some restaurants do that and some do not, and I don't do well with eggs so I don't eat them...
No, in order to be healthy you need a small portion of meat at least.
It contains several amino acids and vitamins that cannot be gained from veggie matter...
