Question: Need Substitute for protein powder....?
I need a substitute fr protein powder but still have muscle growth and be able to show for it. Throw in any types for six pack ab workouts and good answers

Protein isnt going to give you muscles. Building muscles physically is. Protein is essential for the repair of muscles tissue as well as building up the muscle tissue itself, but again, you have to actually work those muscles out for it to happen.
