I just made this curry off allrecipes & it was a smash success. It's really hard to mess up & it's really tasty.
Otherwise, I've attached a link to another site that has a million recipes that rule with reviews and ratings that are all vegan. xoxo

While looking for cookbooks online I found a book that has hundreds of recipes from a lot of the famous restaurants including Red Lobster, Applebee's, Olive Garden and The CheeseCake Factory just to name a few. It is loaded with great recipes that I love. Save Money - Just imagine the sheer amount of cash you will be able to save just by cooking these dishes yourself at home! A huge amount of Indian curry,

Aromatic garlic rice with saffron

garlic and butter stuffed naan

CHanna dal

Alo gobi

Masala dosa
Idli with coconut chutney
muttar panneer ( with soycheese)

too many to mantion.
I've been to India four times I ADORE Indian food- this site rocks, the woman - Manjula, is real Indian, she has loads of Youtube videos too. IO like her because she is 100% authentic,
Here is the vegan section of her site.

If you do them right, you cannot beat a good plate of chana dal puri, and some masala dosa

The recipe for "Black Bean Brownies" is linked below:

Don't tell anyone what's in them until they have devoured them for dessert!

One recipe note: the batter doesn't smell like brownies...but the final product sure tastes like them!

Big fan of these recipes:

I also like to just make stuff up on my own though! :)
