no way! a well-planned vegan diet is perfectly healthy!
here are vegan sources of protein and calcium:
(just make sure youre getting in b12---look for nutritional yeast at your local health food store)

NOt technically, you can get oils from avocados coconuts peanuts ( they are a friuit) and olives.
But it will be a little hard. I am thinking this is a weight loss diet right? Otherwise there's no way it would not allow nuts.
Because yes you can live fine on fruit veg diet but only if you really eat the right stuff- use seed oils and fruit like olives, coconut, peanuts to give you r the oils, otherwise your body wil stop wrking.
Also eat tofu ) it is only soybean and nothing else- a vegetable) , soy oil etc.
Eay potatoes, bananas and avocado and yams to give you carb.
B12 is made by your body from the DNA inside you, so you may get someone saying you'll be deprived- you won't be. We are designed to make our own.
Make sure you ingest wheatgerm oil, or evening primrose oil, or sesame oil, these give you the filc acid and b12 you'll need. No supplements are needed, but you'll want to get stuff like garlic oil and olive oil too, you need to make all the difference in the condiments nad oils you use.
Another good thing to eat is yucca- a starchy root vegetable which looks like a tree branch- you boil it, and it is SO good. It will be good for energy, you can't live on peanut butter.
I think the diet sounds a bit iffy- peanuts are fruit, so you can eat them.
Jesus what is it with these brainwashed peole saying you need animal protein?
So, are they saying that all the people in India are dead on their feet?
Indians don't eat animal protein and they are some healthy people.
You will be fine. Just be sure that when you do eat meat that it is high in vitamin B12, which is the one essential vitamin found only in meat.
Here is a list of high vitamin b12 foods:

Sounds okay.....
Make sure you eat lots of leafy green vegetables. Know which veggies have the proteins and calcium you need.
I dont really see the point of restricting your diet in this way, but if you do it right you do not have to be deprived of nutrition.
Not it is NOT basically being vegan.
Vegan eat nuts, soy, beans, whole grains and so on to get protien. You need a protien source. You also need a source of fat.

you are not getting everything you need, you need proteins from meat and other products that you may not be eating at the moment so you need to find substitutes or start eating those
yes, you will get sick if you don't start eating a well balanced diet that includes animal protein.
