Bolthouse Green goodness for Acne?!

Question: Bolthouse Green goodness for Acne?
Alright this will sound really weird, but last weekend I had been drinking this and my face cleared up, however, when I ran out, it came back about 2 days later (Took 3 days to clear up to pretty much completely clear)
Now here's the thing, I don't know what part of the green goodness helped. So I can't really go out and buy fruits and vegetables, however, the thing is 7 dollars a pop.
When it says serving size is 8 ounces, is that all I should drink in one day? Or should I drink more then 1 serving size? It lasts about 5 days if I do 1 serving a day. If I did 2, it would cost a crap load of money.. Meaning like, 85 dollars a month.
However, if this cures my acne, I am somewhat willing to pay it.. I think it's the majority of it all together that helped it, but I don't know how else to consume all of that without spending a crap load of money.. like I said.
It is the only thing that has made my face pretty much clear.. so I need advice on it..

Answers:

It is great that you found after you consumed this your acne went away. What I would say to you is to not go overboard with drinking it now. Too much of anything is bad. I know fruits and veggies can add up but trust me , that is what your body truly needs in order to be healthy. Keep at the bolthouse drink and try some other flavors but also consider slowly bringing in fruits and vegs. Try a salad one day , and the next have a banana or tomato with some sea salt. Whatever you like. You aren't going to drink this Bolthouse drink by the litres for the rest of your life so think of ways you can eat better that are sustainable and will be something you can keep up your entire life , I guarantee what you eat with show on your skin. You are what you eat.

Again , I know eating healthy can be more expensive , but you could pay into your health now by eating right , or do it years later when its really taken a tole on your body.

now you have gotten me curious about this all..tomorrow I am buying a bottle!
