EVERYONE I know loves cauliflower. I use it in salads and cooked and mashed.

I love cauliflower. Especially in aloo gobi mutter: http://www.tarladalal.com/Aloo-Gobi-Mutt…

I love to steam the cauliflower, put it in a food processor and put a little black pepper and vegan sour cream in it... it is like another form of mashed potatoes.. soooo good!

oh? please explain to me.. a raw vegetarian who eats the stuff often without complaint.. and actually looks forward to it... why i don't like it suddenly.

?

I think people think it's weird. A white vegetable... Sometimes quite bitter... Could be perceived as bland...

Personally, I love it - especially in a curry or with cheese sauce. Mmmmmmm...

Well I don't know about other people, but I LOVE to eat cauliflower (steamed though)

If they didn't, there would be no reason to grow and sell it. Some people must because I see it at every grocery store.

sometimes it is overcooked and mushy.....

I f***ing LOVE that S***
