What's a good diet for vegetarians?!
What kind of foods should I eat to lose some weight? I work two jobs plus some freelance work so I have absolutely no time to work out, and usually don't feel like spending much time cooking. As a result I end up eating way too much pasta. Can someone recommend a good book or diet I can go on? I only need to lose about 20lbs.

Any vegetarian or vegan cookbook will work. There are ways you can work out. Such as take a few minutes in the morning, and maybe a few minutes in the evening to work out. Walk as much as you can. If you need to go to a grocery store, walk or ride bike there.
Lots of vegetables other than corn and potatoes.
Steaks and pastrami
