How do you cook brassicas...?!

Question: How do you cook brassicas...?
...in a way that makes them easier to digest? My friend can't eat cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower etc. without suffering from indigestion later.

Answers:

Most issues with beans and other high-fiber foods are caused by not eating enough fiber.

If you normally eat a white diet with lots of meat and few whole grains and then suddenly eat a bunch of broccoli or beans, you will have gas and digestion issues because your stomach and intestines are not used to processing real food.

However, if you start eating high fiber every day, your symptoms will quickly disappear.

I eat whole grains, legumes, and lots of veggies every day with zero digestion issues.

All brassicas create wind - you cannot avoid it other than not eat them in the first place.
