I don;t understanding juicing?!

Question: I don;t understanding juicing?
What I do not understand is this, I just juiced three carrots, half a cucumber and 2 apples, it taste fine so that is not an issue. The issue is the so called waste of juicing what do I do with it, because it has to contain just as much nutrition then the drink itself.

Answers:

Below are juicer pulp recipes. Enjoy!

Exactly the reason I try to eat as much fruits and vegetables raw instead of juicing BUT occasionally I just get the craving to juice or I pick up a bag of wheatgrass I'll break out the juicer. First off, make sure you have a good juicer. I have a masticating juicer so that helps make sure that the majority of the nutrients are squeezed out (except for Fiber, of course). Then I always run my pulp through at least twice. My own personal recommendation would be to use the pulp as fertilizer or start a compost pile and throw it in there. Seems logical it would aid in making a great compost you could use for planting your next batch of fruits and vegetables!

You can use the juice pulp for many recipes as the earlier comment mentioned, you can also use it in your compost pile, if you have one.

Exactly the reason why juicing isn't really healthy.
Much healthier to eat the whole fruit and veggies (skin on, even carrots) than just drink the juice.

That's why I have a Vitamix. You get a smooth delicious drink while retaining the vitamins and fiber.
