Good meals for kid vegetarians?!

Question: Good meals for kid vegetarians?
My cousin and I want to become vegetarians (I'm 13 and she's 10). Are there any meals we can have that don't go too overboard for our age, but are good for our health?

I'm also 13 and I'm a vegetarian. My favorite is quesidialls it's like a grilled cheese sandwich with a tortiall and you put veggies in it as well. I like putting beans and corn, mushrooms or a mix of all kinds of veggies in. Nachos are great too. Omelets with feta cheese, mushrooms or any kind of vegetable you want are very healthy and yummy. Scrambled eggs with cheese or/and vegetables are a quick fix that go well in sandwiches too or a fried egg sandwich with cheese, waffle sandwiches with jelly, French toast, pancakes or crepes with fruit, yogurt and granola, veggie wraps with cream cheese, olives, cucumber and lettuce or hummus, pickles, turnips and tomato, grilled cheese sandwiches, wraps with cream cheese and black beans or yogurt with berries and fruit.

I'm a 13 year old vegetarian.

Hi, great to hear and don't worry about going overboard. I went vegetarian when I was about 11 and have been so ever since (I'm 18 now!). In the meantime, my mom and sister also went vegetarian so that makes things a lot easier.

Good luck to you guys! Keep up the great work, though. Being vegetarian can be fun and exciting. Plus, according to research by Mercy for Animals, says the average vegetarian saves 96 animals' lives per year, simply by not eating them!

homemade mac and cheese. Or a cheese sauce over any type of noodles.
Salads. the more variety of veges the better and more colorful.
vege burgers (Burger King even has them for $3).
Fish (I know some vegetarians that still eat seafood) or shrimp
Subway has a veggie delite. With or without cheese and all the veges you want for $5.
If you are eating eggs, you can make a cake, brownies or cupcakes.

My 16 son is trying to be a vegetarian for the past 2 weeks. I'm trying my best to feed him healthily.
