Cereal grains like oatmeal, fruits, tubers, etc. Water does not have dietary fiber in it. Fiber One is junk food be cause it is processed and has synthetic form of fiber called folic acid. They go right through you, plus more anD more d research is saying it can increase your chances of colon cancer.
Prunes , water , bran cereal , veggies and fruits.
Watch your portions when it comes to meat ( not trying to preach but it can back you up and if you are already having problems its best just to cut back) , and porridge.
Whole grains, fruit, veggies, leafy greens. If you get a balance of those each day, you should reach your daily amount of fiber

prune juice will definitely help you go. shredded wheat cereal is also good. but nothing does the job more than prune juice......
