I'm a vegan and I accidenatlly ate chese?!

Question: I'm a vegan and I accidenatlly ate chese?
I bought this veggie cheese thinking it was vegan, forgot to check the back and found out it has milk in it! What would YOU do?? I have been vegan 7 months btw.

Answers:

Give what's left to someone else, forgive yourself, and move on.

It's not a big deal. You didn't do it on purpose and it's not going to cause any health problems or anything.

I was so sad when I found out that the Soy Pumpkin Spice from Starbucks that I had fallen in love with actually contains dried milk products :( But all I could do was not drink it anymore, and write to Starbucks that I would love to pay them for a vegan version of this :)

Vegan

I used to be vegan, but stopped when I found out I was pregnant
that happened to me before, and I was upset, but got over it...not much you can do now

Vegetarian for 5 years

You should just learn from your mistake and be more careful next time. Give any leftover cheese to a vegetarian or omnivore friend and move on.

It does not matter if you are only vegan but it matter if you are lac-to vegan but cheese is good for your health.

It's ok. On my first day of being vegan I had a tootsie pop, ranch dressing a energy bar with milk on it. Haven't messed up since then :D shake it off.

Hey, that's okay! Cheese is very healthy, and you're not alone:

You didn't know. Just be more careful next time and read the labels more thoroughly.

why does it matter that it has milk in it? Cows are not killed to make milk.

Get over it.

you are now a vegetarian. I would start again

so you made a simple mistake. Forgive yourself and move on.

What would I do ? I would go out and get a 24oz. ribeye.
