Why do I eat so so unhealthy?!

Question: Why do I eat so so unhealthy?
Do I live an unhealthy lifestyle? :( I wake up at 6 and eat breakfast around 7 at school and I buy a bagel with low fat cream cheese, for lunch I have an apple, a water, a granola bar and sometimes a few baked lays. I have a salad for dinner with low fat ranch, spinach, onions, lettuce, and croutons. I usually have a cupcake after dinner. (my mom is a pastry chef) I have been vegetarian my whole life, I am 98lbs, 5'4, 15, female and I run track everyday after school and have 4 hours of gymnastics a week.

You need more meat in your diet.

Ignore Cliff, for one!

Two, get more whole grain carbs into your diet! Add brown rice or whole wheat pasta to your dinner, have a larger sandwich for lunch. Whole grain fills you up faster, and your body processes it faster. In other words, it helps you if you're overweight OR underweight (which it sounds like you are. if you're 5'4" you should be AT LEAST 115)

1 cupcake is fine. But if you're concerned, depending on the size of them, bring it down to maybe a few times a week

with your schedule and amount of exercise, sounds like you could add some more food into your diet. But sounds like you are eating okay. Try the "veggie table" website, vegetarian recipes for kids site. Add more veges to your salad, try new things. Add protein. That's very important. Nuts.

No! Since you don't eat meat, make sure to find other ways of getting in your protein. It's good to be exercising, like you are. Perhaps try to eat a LITTLE more, not a lot, but a little, because you seem to be a bit underweight. You should weigh around 120-130 lbs.

You have an eating disorder. That's why you ask similar questions like that on here all the time.

Sounds like you could use some more protein and/or fat...Eat some walnuts or sunflower seeds

lol 1 cup cake is not un healthy at all.

thats not that bad, you probably need more fruits in your diet
