Welcome to vegetarianism! Let me introduce you to my friend 'reading labels'. For the most part, labels will be fairly obvious. If it says 'chicken' 'beef' 'fish' etc... it's not vegetarian. Gelatin, which is what's in jello is found in a lot of random stuff. Say goodbye to pop-tarts, mini-wheats, most yogurt, ets. Basically, read the labels of everything, because it can be in RANDOM stuff.
Yes, Jello has gelatin which is made from the skin and bones of the animal.
Kool-aid of course doesn't have this, but does have refined sugar in it which is processed with animal bone char making it technically not vegetarian. Even though people will probably disagree on here, almost all the vegetarians and vegans I know eat refined sugar and don't worry or even think about it. Does that make them not vegetarian or vegan? I don't think so but in a court of law maybe it does? Personally I don't like splitting hairs over things like this. I say find a balance between making the biggest difference with the least amount of grief.
Kool Aid IS vegetarian. Gelatin is the ingredient in Jell-o that is not vegetarian.
When you drink water you swallow amoebas which get killed in your stomach. That's cruel so you should probably stop drinking water altogether and breathing air.
