any good recipe for a vegetable/fruit smoothie?!

Question: Any good recipe for a vegetable/fruit smoothie?
my mom says that "naturist" (people who claim to be nutritionist but there isnt any regulation so its not like they went to school) these ppl claim that fruits and vegetable shouldn't be mixed. I think its bs.

I want to incorporate wheat grass..maybe not..depend. I just want to incorporate more vegetables, and I might as well drink it.

Answers:

ingredients:
2 bananas, frozen
2 HUGE handfuls spinach (you won’t even taste it)
1 cup almond or soy milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until mixed. Serve in tall glasses and enjoy.

ingredients:
1 1/2 cups orange juice
2 large mangoes
1 cups fresh parsley
1 cup fresh spinach
2 cups of ice
Blend well and drink your healthy green smoothie. Yields 4 cups or 2 servings, or cut in 1/2 for one serving.

Anyone who says that fruits and vegetables can't be mixed would make me question what they consider vegetables, and what they consider fruits. Does that mean that they NEVER mix avocados, butternut squash, spaghetti squash, or tomatoes with vegetables?

You can add veggies to smoothies, I've heard of adding celery to a blueberry smoothie before but I haven't tried this personally. Honestly I think that celery would just screw up the blender but that's just me. I've also heard of people mixing spinach in there.

My personal favourite 'The Veggie Smoothie'

Ingredients:

* 1 cup apple juice
* 1 cup of sliced apple (sweet tasting apples are better)
* 1/4 cup applesauce
* 1/2 cup sliced carrots
* 1/2 cup of cucumber (peeled and sliced)
* 2 cups of ice
* a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)

Blend this vegetable smoothie until smooth. Adding the nutmeg and cinnamon will give it great fragrance.

I like blueberries with banana strawberries and fresh broccoli and carrots ..broccoli stalks
