What is a good brand of vitamins?!

I use to take centrum forte as its the sample bottle my doctor gave me. A couple of years down the line, I looked for something cheaper as they were very expensive. I compared bottles ingredient for ingredient - and found the Exact brand (which I buy at Real Canadian Superstore) is actually better than all the name brand vitamins, and has equal or more of each vitamin and mineral. Been using these successfully now for years.

I actually order my vitamins and supplements from a program called Women To Women based in Maine. Great stuff! Check them out online, or take a look at the supplements at Usana.

Why don't you just eat a balanced healthy diet, then you don't need supplements and you will save yourself a lot of money.
