I just squeeze lemon juice over it.

There are a number of options:

whipped cream (real whipped cream)

whipped topping (cool whip)

yogurt (NOT the "fruit-at-the-bottom" kind) in your choice of flavour, to complement the salad

poppy seed dressing works very nice with a melon salad (cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon)

And, finally, you can cut up your fruit, toss gently in a bowl to mix, and sprinkle with about 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. This will help to draw out the natural juices from the fruit in a process called "maceration" and the fruit salad will basically make its own dressing.

I typically use honey or Agave &/or yogurt or whipped cream. I also add cinnamon & nutmeg.

Edit - vegan, huh? yep, pertinent info there ;) ! So you can't use honey either, then. As far as the yogurts & whipped cream, there are vegan versions available I believe, altho I can't offer product names, sorry. Just google 'vegan yogurt' or 'vegan cream', 'vegan sweeteners' etc. You should get lots of hits.

None. You just throw a bunch of different fruit together and there's your fruit salad. If you wanted to, you could probably drizzle some agave over it & mix it in, but I really don't think it's necessary. Fruit is sweet enough on its own.

You don't add any dressing to a fruit salad. The natural juices of the fruit combine with the natural sugars and it makes it's own "dressing". Just mix the fruit up together - it is fine just on it's own.

well i always make a yogert dressing use ing strawberry yogert you can use milk lemmonaide or any juice or pop then some crushed pinapple (i always use cherry vannilla pop) hope i helped! :)

I just use lemon juice -- it keeps the soft fruits from turning brown (bananas, apples, pears, etc) and gives a nice tartness to go with the sweet fruit flavors!

I like to use just peach yogurt with a little vanilla or some mayo and undilluted-orange juice concentrate with a bit of salt -yes, salt. It really helps the flavor.
Some sour cream mixed with some sugar.

You really don't need any dressing....the natural juices are good enough...you can add a little bit of whipped cream for more sweetness :0 I hope this was helpful!!!
