Question: Can I have protein instead of a meal just this once?
I'm doing some training just to drop weight a lil iv eaten well all day healthy breakfast an dinner iv done a routine , I'm going out later an don't want a heavy meal can I jus wey protein to stop feeling hungry

Liquid drinks don't satisfy hunger. It depends on how many calories are in the drink as opposed to
a solid protein snack.



While you could probably get by substituting some kind of protein powder for a proper meal once in a while you'll need to develop a healthy attitude toward food that will last a lifetime.

Eat whole natural foods and avoid all processed food. Eat plenty of whole grains, vegetables, lean meats and healthful fats (olive oil, nut butters, canola (rape seed oil) and the like). You won't need supplements and you'll feel better.

Make sure to get plenty of exercise but don't let it rule your life!



If you want to, sure. It's usually better to eat whole foods. If you know that you aren't going to eat a proper meal later, I'd try to eat something more balanced, though.



I don't see why not. I prefer soy protein.
