It's not particularly.

Don't eat Special K. I refuse to eat products from a company that refuses to list their ingredients.

Artificial vitamins that are garbage. They go right through you. : ASCORBIC ACID (VITAMIN C), REDUCED IRON, ALPHA TOCOPHEROL, NIACINAMIDE, PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE (VITAMIN B6), THIAMIN HYDROCHLORIDE (VITAMIN B1), RIBOFLAVIN (VITAMIN B2), VITAMIN A PALMITATE, FOLIC ACID, VITAMIN B12.

For example: The iron in the cereal is not nutritional ionic iron - as it occurs in natural foods like spinach - but was in fact metallic iron. Nutritional experts in the show (a university professor and a general practitioner) agreed that actual metallic iron should not be part of a diet, speculating that it might damage organs.

Eat grain cereals like oatmeal or grits, Post Shredd Wheat, or Kashi.

Its a good source of sugar & salts too, best stick to muesli & not the stuff that is swamped in honey/sweetners.
Fibre can be found in much vaster quantities in other foods

Enjoys a good bowl of porridge with seeds & raisins everyday

Look at the side of the box that shows the ingredients.
