Little House of Veggies is a blog with great vegan recipes. Oliva Wilde's blog "Wilde Things" contains some vegan, soy-free recipes. There are also plenty of cookbooks available. Since you don't like soy, there is also rice, almond, and hemp milk. Also tempe can be used in lieu of soy in most recipes.
As long as you have a varied diet, I wouldn't stress over micromanaging your vitamin intake.
Best of luck!

You can't get natural Vitamin B12 from any source besides animal products. So you need to get shots, pills or eat highly processed foods that have manufactured B12 added. Frankly, those foods aren't a reliable source. Most medical professionals recommend pills. But be sure you take the dosage recommended on the package. There are different kinds of B12 available and the dosage will vary, depending on the kind you buy. Read the label and follow directions. A shortage of B12 can cripple you for life.
