kitchen. It smells great and tasted yummy. Over rice would be great. It's late and I'm up and hungry. And don't have much in the house. I'm new at this.

what are some easy quick snacks or meals that you have to share with a beginner? Thanks.

Do you have rice? 1\4 cup rice 1 cup or 3\4 cup water (between) Bring to a quick boil covered. Cut heat and allow to boil slowly for 20 to 30 min. Instant rice is done in about 10 min brown rice takes 20 -30 min, Uncover and allow to boil almost dry, Plate the rice and put put your onions and broccoli over the rice unless you have already eaten it, Also you can add any veggies you like. If you don't have rice pasta works. Do you like garlic and do you have any. 1 clove (section) sauteed with the onion and other veggies,



Go to the supermarket and buy any reduced veges that would work with it.

Add chickpeas, beans etc. Chunks of TVP are also good.

I just have a look in my storecupboard/fridge and throw in anything that looks good and is close to it's expiry date.

Noodles are good too.



Add carrots, zucchini and bell pepper with chopped cabbage next time
