I don't really understand the question, as it is worded strangely.

But if I have got it right, you are asking for vegan substitutes for dairy in desserts?!

Try avocado or mashed date paste, or coconut milk / coconut cream / coconut milk.

I'm not too familiar with Indian desserts, but I agree that coconut milk or cream is the best dairy substitute when working with sweets.

Soy, oat or rice milk.

I don't know that there are that many vegans in India.
