I wouldn't recommend it. Frozen foods are usually safe to eat for a little while after the sell by date, but not over a year. Toss 'em.

are they vegetarian hotdogs? If not, don't eat them. Eating just one hotdog per week significantly increases your risk of colorectal cancer. The American Institute for Cancer Research recommend you never eat that sort of crap. Lucky you accidentally posted that in the vegan category, or you probably would never have known!
