Should I go vegan? Will I get better health or worse?!

Question: Should I go vegan? Will I get better health or worse?
I am vegetarian. I want to go vegan. But I want to consider all sides. It's mostly for health because I've done a lot of studying and it seems like a good choice for me.

It's rather hard to go vegan because you have to carefully plan your meals to insure you're getting the correct nutriments. If you make most of your own meals it's easier to do. If you go out a lot it's just about impossible in most places other than parts of California and British Columbia. By including dairy in your diet you don't need to be as careful.

do it! just make sure you eat lots of legumes (beans), nuts, grains, fruits and vegetables! make sure your choices of fruits and veggies are very colorful and be sure to incorporate a lot of leafy greens.the best way is to try to make most of your meals at home from scratch. it's a big commitment but you will be so healthy! i did it recently and i'm so happy. good luck and god bless.

if you've been reading up, they you'll know to eat a wide variety of nuts, oils, foods, veg, seeds, grains and so on, and not just salad and bread- so you should be much better off.
Even if you exchange all the cheese, milk and yoghurt for soy or almond versions- you're getting so much more vitamin and nutirents from it.
CLeaner diet.
