Trying to be vegetarian..help please!? ?!

Question: Trying to be vegetarian..help please!? ?
I am 17 years old, I weigh 84 pounds, and I'm 4'11. Obviously becoming vegetarian a month ago is giving me some problems with weight loss. If you gave me examples of what to eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner/&snacks to help me out that would be great. Thanks!

It is the same for any diet, you need to study up on nutrition.
Find out what your daily calorie intake should be.
Then Nutrition, and find the fruits,Vegetables, grains, legumes, milk and eggs.
eliminate any foods you have an allergy to.

Don't go in so suddenly. Here was what I did

What I did was only eat meat every other day, then every two days, all while giving up one animal at a time, from October to November in 2005. My plan was to have turkey one last time for Thanksgiving, so that was gonna be my last source of meat

My plan was beef, then pork, then chicken, then turkey (I didn't count things like lamb, because I didn't eat that regularly enough, so that was just out entirely)

HOWEVER, by late October, while doing this, I just said "you know what, I'm done with meat", and I never looked back. I didn't even have Thanksgiving turkey, and I was more than fine with it

So I'd say ween into it, but when you're ready, you'll know, and just end it all

Now when it comes to weight management, make sure to incorporate whole grains into your diet. It can help fill you up faster and make you feel more full (in other words, you can gain AND lose weight with it)

HAPPY VEGGING

If you need to keep your weight up, eat lots of different kinds of nuts, eat a whole avocado in your salad, use a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil on your veggies, and have at least a cup of beans (more if you like them) per day. Eat at least 4 fruits, salad and cooked veggies. You can eat whole grain (whole wheat or brown rice pasta),oatmeal, whole grain breads and muffins also.
