Are most salad dressings okay for vegans?!

Question: Are most salad dressings okay for vegans?
I'm trying to find things I can make when my brother visits and I'm not sure what to look for in certain things. Are salad dressings usually okay for vegans?

Answers:

It's hard to put a blanket answer on that because you really have to read the labels. I would say that more than half are OK, but you really should read labels

Most bottled Caesar dressings and other highly-flavored offerings contain anchovies

Creamy dressings sometimes contain mayonnaise which is made from eggs

Other popular dressings may contain cheese or some form of cheese

And of course if the label has the word bacon on it anywhere, it's out of bounds.

Once you start reading labels it will get easier. I would highly encourage it

Outside of that, you can make a vinaigrette very easily which is perfect for Vegans

Put a tablespoon of Dijon in a bowl
Pour in 1/4 cup Champagne vinegar
Add a pinch of kosher salt and some freshly ground black pepper
Slowly whisk in 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

virgin olive oil and red vinegar is pretty good for you stay away from the creamy styles that have mayo in them,
