I recommend picking up a copy of Brendan Brazier's book "Thrive - The Vegan Nutrition Guide to Optimal Performance in Sports and Life".
Brendan is a professional ironman and triathlete. He explains how you can get protein from beans, hemp protein, raw greens and grains such as quinoa. I am about to start Insanity and I will be referencing Brendan's book! It is full of so much quality information.
I hope that helps you! Good luck
you need to be totally conditioned to try insanity. if youre not somewhat athletic, dedication and motivation will only bring you so far, i highly suggest getting an easier workout until you can move on to a more taxing workouts. baby steps, being healthy and fit isnt a race, its a lifelong journey.
