Vegetarians / current vegans, do/did you find you like eggs & cow milk less over time?!
I've never purchased leather, always bought vegan shampoo (1-2 years before even going vegetarian) and other vegan products.
But, anyway, do you current vegetarians or past vegetarians/current vegans find that over time, you're moving towards a more vegan diet, unconsciously? If you have/haven't experienced this, how long have you been vegetarian? It took me about 3 months before the milk/eggs thing started to get to me, so I assume if you're very recently vegetarian, this phenomenon may not have happened yet (if at all, for some vegetarians).

Yeah, I was vegetarian for 2 years before going vegan. The switch was very easy. I also find egg and any dairy products make me gag a bit. Then again they just make me think of animal suffering so I don't know but I've noticed that I gradually became vegan as well.
Definitely. As more time goes on, those foods just seem disgusting to me. I haven't had cow's milk for about 6 months, and the thought of drinking it just grosses me out. Meat repulses me, since I haven't had any meat for about 3 years.
You develop new tastes and perspectives about food the longer you're on a new diet/lifestyle.
Yes, my step mom was making hamburgers last night (for the rest of the family) and I couldn't stand the smell.
Thank God for olfactory fatigue (when you stop smelling something after a few minutes)
I haven't liked the smell of eggs since the sixth grade, but that's because someone made me a bad omelet LOL
Vegan
hah, yip, tho it took me about 17 years to get there, its only in the last 2 years i stopped drinking milk in teas and with cereal, and stopped eating eggs inthe last 3 or so
its prety weird but yip, ive found im naturally more moving towards a more vegan orientated diet than id ever planned for, im veggie, always will be, but my body is actually seeming to want to eat less and less animal products
cow milk is so acidic and always leaves a filmy bitter coating in your mouth.
You can feel it hanging around your mouth, imagine what it does inside too.
Not one person alive coulrd argue that cows breast milk is meant for humans.
We know why WE suck breast milk when we're babies, we are in no way meant to eat other mammals milk.
As an adult, I just began to dislike them over time, because they are tougher to digest as you age.
