About two weeks ago, I changed my diet into an all natural, no processed food diet?!

Question: About two weeks ago, I changed my diet into an all natural, no processed food diet?
I have also been a strict vegetarian for 7 years and have switched to a vegan diet two weeks ago as well.
I have been feeling better, but I noticed that my stool has changed. I don't mean to be gross but I can't find the answer to this online.
So my stool seems to be a healthier shape, but the color is a bit wierd, like a greenish-yellowish-light brownish color. Is that normal on a healthy diet?
I wonder if its that color because some of the toxins left from the processed food diet and dairy are starting to come out?
Or could it be because I use turmeric and other spices in my food?
Or, is this normal for vegan stool?

So long as you're going poop on a regular basis, whatever color it is should be fine. Likely it's a combination of all three that's causing a change.

Vegan

Red or black stool could mean serious disease. Any other variation on green/brown is safe. You're changing the foods you're eating, so your stool is changing, too. I'd say don't worry about it!

ask your doctor. i remember reading somewhere that light-brown colored stool can mean anemia. are you getting enough iron?
