NEED a quick answer, Yes or No?!
Answers:
Fish are full of toxins and pollutants from the ocean. It's probably the most disgusting thing humans can eat. I wouldn't eat it if I were you.
Asians, the Japanese specifically, also follow a macrobiotic diet which is very, very healthy. They also don't eat a lot of dairy, and the other foods they eat are packed with antioxidants. They are healthy despite the fish. Google "macrobiotic diet" to learn more about it. :)
Salmon is one of the healthiest fish you can eat due to it's high (good) fat content which give us lots of Omega 3s. Much of the Salmon we eat is farmed, though wild salmon tastes better, at least to me. Salmon, wild or farmed is not an endangered fish and as much at I hate to disagree with another answerer, salmon is sustainable. If you are a vegetarian and are doing it for health reasons, I would certainly eat and enjoy the salmon.
you are obviously very confused.
consult a nutritionist. if you really want to be health it will be worth the money.
now for a few facts:
depending on where you get your meat it could be full of antibiotics, hormones, toxins... basically stuff you really REALLY don't want to eat.
Our bodies really aren't made to digest meat. if you look at the intestines of carnivores, omnivores and herbivores ours is most similar to herbivores because our intestines are so long.
most of the vitamins and protein your body needs can also come from plants with the exception of few vitamins like B-12 (this is what i have been told)
so i hoped this helped.
good luck.

if you are a vegetarian then, no, refused to. but then again it depends what type of vegetarian you are. i myself, refuse to eat any sort of meat, fish or anything from an animal excluding dairy products. no matter who bought/prepared it i would refuse to eat it if it was me.
If you are supposed to be a vegetarian, why would you even consider eating fish? It does not matter why you're a vegetarian, because vegetarians do not eat animals at all.
Salmon is not very sustainable, so I say no.
But if you're veg for diet reason you might not care about that...
LOL your parent are right, it's your choice- so why are you asking the internet?

I don't know if you do already, but if I were you I would start taking multivitamins that contain iron, since it is hard to come by in non meat products.
Quick answer? No.
No! :D ;)
I could understand if you were vegetarian for moral reasons, but for health reasons it's stupid. It is not more healthy to be vegetarian. Humans have eveolved to eat some meat or fish. We cannot get a full range of vitamins and minerals from plant foods. Google the Paleo Diet for more info.
I'm an ex-vegetarian who studied nutrition.
uhh if you are a vegetatian for health reasons then i say go for it.
because ive herd that salmon is healthy
Salmon's not too bad, I say go for it.
