Question: I am eating way too much! I hate myself?
Ok so i love snack!!!!! I eat it like all the time. I cant control myself. Guess what i ate today??? For breakfast-2 toast with butter and jam, 2 big cinnabuns, 2 trail mix bar, 2 packs of goldfish, and 1 snicker bar. For lunch-i ate steak, trail mix like 3 handfulls, and 2 pack of jelly candies. Dinner-pop corn ( whole bag of it ), chips which is like 7 cups, 2 cup ice cream, and 15 oreo cookies. I cant stop. Im not hungry but i like to eat

Life changes are not easy, but you MUST make some changes.
l. JOIN A GYM - SWIM CLUB
2. GO REGULARLY
3. do not buy the junk
4. not diet pop, water and unsweetened iced tea

Exercise is the best thing. I started a regular routine when I was in my teens. I'm almost 62 and it has served me well over the years. I got power rider for home use. Depressed,,,get on the rider,,,,do something physical.....not eat. Like I said, not easy but life is to be lived, not making yourself miserable over poor food intake.



I'm the same way. I snack all day, and I have no idea what to do with myself. I think it's because I get stuck on the computer for most of the day, and then I eat when I'm bored, but instead I should be outside jogging or something.

So identify why you're eating so much first. If you're sad or angry, talk it out with a friend. If you're just bored (like me), just change up something in your day. Go for a walk. Draw something. Make something. Hang out with a friend. Do something to shake up your boredom.

...and stay out of the kitchen. :P



I have the same problem.
next time you feel a craving drink some V8 juice. It tastes like cold tomato soup but it will help you stay on track.
Also if you have urges to eat junk foods, get rid of it. Don't keep anything unhealthy in the house or if you have parents that shop ask them to stop buying junk.



Quit eating prepackaged and processed food. Your body is probably starving for proper nutrition which is why you keep eating even when you are not hungry. Where is the fruit, the vegetables whole unprocessed grains??? Eat healthy and your body will get full.



I had the same problem. I tried stopping just like that... but it didn't work. So I started to eat healthier foods such as apples, nuts, veggies and other foods like that. It wont matter if you eat a lot of these 'cause their healthy.



stop eating crap all day long and you'll find you get hungry for real food on a regular basis.



Just stop eating. And don't hate yourself. Life's too short.
