I don't think I really understand what your asking, but I'll try to answer lol
If you mean that this is what your current diet consists of, and your looking to switch to a vegan diet, then you'll definitely have to change some things up. Here's some ideas:
Breakfast: Remember that a good breakfast is the best way to start the day! Some of your best options would be oatmeal, or some other type of hearty cereal, with berries and soy/nut/coconut milk (my favorite is almond), or some type of whole grain toast or bagel with peanut butter, and fruit on the side. Or, you can even make a smoothie out of lots of fruit!
Lunch: The old soup and salad lunch is a choice, of course. You can make a soup with a variety of veggies, with beans added in. and your salad can be mixed simply with olive oil and lemon juice (that how I like it) or your favorite dressing. Or you can have a peanut butter and jelly for a more easily transportable meal, or any type of sandwich or wrap. A pita with hummus, tomatoes, and cucumbers, or filling of your choice.
Dinner: simple things are possible! You can steam some rice and saute or roast veggies in a tomato sauce, and eat that with a salad. And sandwiches are always a possibility -- portabella mushrooms with all the sandwich topping, with guacamole to top it off, then side that with roasted potatoes. Or just simply a big bowl of pasta (I prefer soba noodles) tossed with veggies.
Snacks: fruits (dried or fresh) like apples, grapes, strawberries, melons, bananas, ect, or carrot sticks with hummus, rice cakes (some people like them, some people don't haha their great with peanut butter though!), a bag of nuts or a trail mix.
If you need some recipe ideas, all you have to do is type in "vegan recipes" on google and you'll find a lot of options. Just by looking at the different blog sites and veg recipe websites, you'll find that a vegan diet does not have to be a boring one. Especially when it comes to desserts! Unbelievable, right? ;D
I hope that what you were looking for! If not, I'm sorry for rambling!
EDIT: Wait a minute, is this really a troll post? Because if it is, I feel really stupid for writing all that!
that's an OK vegan diet, but it's a lot of junk food and probably not the healthiest. i probably eat one vegan cheeseburger once a week. smoothies are great if you are incorporating a lot of fruits and veggies. fries are OK, but there are way better ways to eat potatoes. i'm not sure what you mean by chocolate covered cake, but vegan chocolate cake w/ vegan frosting is OK. i'm sure you're posting is mocking vegans or whatever. you must be rally bored.
OK
Nope: Cheese and hamburgers are out. Vegans don't eat meat or animal byprocucts (cheese) No hamburger buns as most bread is made with eggs (animal byproduct). Don't know what is in the smoothies. Not sure on the french fries and I am pretty sure chocoalte has something in it that vegans don't eat.
Sorry.
okay so obviously this is a troll-post, but why french fries? unless theyre from mcdonalds, french fries are vegan. you should have said chili cheese fries if you wanted to try to insult us---just a little tip for next time.
Dr. Mark: plants have parents.
Smoothies, french fries, and chocolate covered cake can all be vegan, btw.
But I think the word 'Trolli' in your username is enough of a hint.
No. Look the word vegan up in dictionary.
Vegans don't eat meat, or anything else that had parents. Sorry.
no
