Question: I dont eat breakfast! Will it be good 4 my health or deit?
these days i've got lots of things to do i mean meditate! bt night time i sleep so late like 12 O'clock, have to wake early in da mornin on 7:00.......... N i don't eat breakfast coz there's no time to or got nothin for eat! all da time meditate. So wat do u think abt my Q?

I'm in the same position, and let me tell you it doesnt happen. Meditating while fasting (aka on an empty stomach) can be a good experience but not everyday. Your body/mind needs energy to function.

Breakfast kickstarts your metabolism, affecting how your body grows and reacts to the outside world. It also has a huge factor on your mind.

Eating breakfast is important for your health. There are no benefits to skipping this meal.



OK people. Don't tell someone to eat a piece of fruit for breakfast. That will cause your blood sugar to spike and then fall, causing a really nice crash shortly thereafter. You should eat some complex carbs along with that fruit. Oatmeal is great and it is known to "scrub" your arteries.

Breakfast is the most important thing in your diet. So therefore it is really bad if you do not have breakfast. In my opinion you shouldn't do so much meditating, i mean atleast not to the extent where you sleep so late and have to wake up early. You should sleep early and have breakfast.



breakfast is a very important meal. Not eating it can lead to weight gain. Because your body is not used to getting food in the morning, later on in the day, when you do get food, instead of burning the fat the body will want to store it incase it wont get enough food later on.



No-skipping breakfast is not good for healh-because there is long gap from night supper and hence
the body requires energy in the morning.As the name itself suggest you have to break the fasting
of night in the morning.

I think it is better for you if you could at least have some yogurt for breakfast.Or a piece of fruit on the go! Breakfast is a really very important meal. You shouldn't skip.



its bad idea to skip breakfast. its the most important meal of the day. dont do it and be prepared to die soon.
