Can you help me plan a healthy diet for a fussy vegetarian? (child)?!

Question: Can you help me plan a healthy diet for a fussy vegetarian? (child)?
Hello!
I am thirteen years old and have been vegetarian for roughly a year and 1/4. (it is my own personal choice and my own opinions I have so please don't try to convince me that I am wrong)

I can be a very fussy eater at times and I am quite a plain eater. I am open to try new things however. The majority on my diet consists solely on pasta, bread, fruit/vegetables and Quorn.
I try to eat as healthy as possible and exercise whenever I can, as when I am healthy, I feel happier too!

Sometimes I find it hard to maintain a healthy diet without meat, mostly at lunch time.
Can you help me plan a simple, and healthy diet for a fussy vegetarian?

(small disclaimer: I am not fond of peppers and do not like the texture of houmous)

Thanks in advance! =)

You are Thirteen years of age, this is a matter you should talk over with your parents.
Read up on nutrition so you can have a better understanding of putting a diet together.

Nothing wrong with a vegetarian diet as long as you get the proper amount of protein and calcium needed for your stage of development. I would suggest you try tofu. It's an acquired taste and it must be mixed with strong flavors. I usually mix tofu chunks into stir fried vegetables with Asian spices. Beans also are a great source of protein. Start off slowly adding these to your diet as they can cause gas (or try Beano). Learn to use dried beans, peas and legumes. They are very inexpensive. Experiment with different beans and flavors until you find some that you can add to your diet.
