As long as they're unsalted/untreated aside from roasting, it's fine.

Depends on your definition of a lot. Probably 2-3 ounces a day are fine, especially if you have the raw or plain roasted ones without all the oils and chemicals. You could probably eat more than that on a given day, but I wouldn't suggest more than 3 ounces of nuts every single day.

A little handful of nuts per day is very good for you. Also, it's best to buy RAW nuts. - I like to get mine from bulk supply at either Kroger or Whole Foods... I don't have a personal fav... So I just buy the raw unsalted mixed nuts.

you only need 10 fat for the whole day and only 2000 calories fat calories are about 9 calories per gram and the nuts are the best scorce for that fat but keep the fat to 10 percent for the day or about 1 - 1 1/2 handfulls total.

Everything should be had in moderation.

Nuts are very healthy and won't do you any harm if you are eating a handful every day.

Just be aware of added things like salt. Unsalted is always better of course.

Yes and no. It is unhealthy for us (all humans really) to eat the same exact foods on a regular basis and depend nutritionally on them. It could result in: malnourishment and lack of nutritional needs.

yeah its fine. im not really sure what your concern is....

BUT make sure youre reading the ingredients!!!!!!!!!!!!! for instance: planters roasted peanuts contain gelatin
