Can humans absorb the minerals from ground up bones and egg shells?!

Question: Can humans absorb the minerals from ground up bones and egg shells?
I know that animal bones and egg shells are loaded with minerals like calcium but I'm not sure if they are in a form that humans can assimilate.

Ground up bones are called bone meal and is commonly used in livestock feeds. This is because they contain a lot of phosphorus, which is hard to find in other foods at the same high amounts. They also are very high in protein just like meat but instead they will store well. Ive never heard of humans eating bone meal, but if its very nutritious for animals, so it probably same for humans. Bone meal has a very strong smell so that may be part of it.
I know that some people do eat ground egg shells

no it's inert.. we'll just impact it... and it'll become inert in our bodies thus impacting our bodies.. causing a number of complications.. such as elevated lipids, triglycerides to constipation.

we can only absorb 'soluble' which means.. most fresh fruits, veggies and other vegetable materials (legumes, grains... unprocessed, so on.. rubers.. roots, bulbs...)
